What is Back to Basics?
Back to Basics is an 8-week program to get control of your life! The book, Faithful, Fit & Fabulous, shares simple principles with doable practices to better manage your life.

How do I begin the Back to Basics program?
Everything you need is provided in the Faithful, Fit & Fabulous book. The format is sleek and simple: set and achieve one goal a week, for eight weeks, in life areas that need a boost.

Each week you will choose one of the eight topics (organization, fitness, finances, etc.), read the chapter, set a goal, and then achieve it for one week. Finally, you can clean out that closet, organize those files, or create a cheery craft room. You choose the life area, you choose the goal, you receive the reward for the work (my favorite is free time to read or write!)

Choose from the eight areas as you desire: Holy Habits, Create a Personal Plan, Joy in Womanhood, Feel Fit and Fabulous, Balance in Motherhood, Get Organized, Develop Healthy Connections, and Establish Financial Peace and Prosperity.

Continue to do the program for as many or few weeks as you like, stopping to take a break when vacations or craziness hits. No clubs to join or online accounts to maintain. Simply use the book and begin—or grab a friend, sister, or mother and do it together!

Feel free to share your experiences right here on the website (www.8basics.com). Enjoy!
